Generalist HR role supporting 300 employees across five sites, handling ER casework and policy alongside a Head of People.
The role
A regional services group is recruiting an HR Advisor to work alongside the Head of People. You will hold a caseload of ER matters including disciplinaries, grievances, sickness absence and flexible working requests, coach line managers, and keep policies current with employment law changes.
The role covers five sites across Essex, with travel roughly one day a week and mileage paid.
CIPD Level 5 study support is available if you want to progress.
What we are looking for
- Two to three years of generalist HR experience at advisor level
- Confident running your own ER casework
- Up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law
- CIPD Level 5 qualified or working towards it
- Full UK driving licence
