Customer Service Advisor
Remote — UK Full time £25,500 per year
Inbound-only contact centre role with a four-week training programme, equipment supplied and no weekend shifts.
The role
A UK insurance business is hiring customer service advisors to handle inbound calls from existing policyholders — changes of address, payment queries and renewal questions. There are no sales targets and no cold calling.
The role is fully remote after a four-week paid training programme, which runs on site in Basildon. Equipment is supplied and shifts sit between 08:00 and 18:00, Monday to Friday.
The team is supportive and progression into claims or underwriting is common.
